Hey there, ROW80 friends!
To say I haven’t been great about updating would be an understatement. I’m not sure I’ve made one update this round until now – and we’re nearly halfway through!
Life has been lifey, and this isn’t one of the things I’ve prioritized.
Making it a priority today, though. I’m noticing I’m letting things go more than I like without the added accountability. So here I am, inviting you all to check in and give me a solid nudge if you see me slipping. It usually helps to ask me what my priorities are, and how I’ll feel when I get there.
What works for you, when you’re slipping? I’d love to know, so I can support you better, too!

May Goals:
- Continue sharing excerpts on #8sentencesunday until the story is finished; ask for ARC reviewers; complete Story A Day May (I wouldn’t normally combine goals like this, but I’m close to the end of the story, and want to keep this list to five. How are your goals going? Do you have a favorite project? Is there a specific win you’re celebrating, or a challenge you’d like cheering on for?
ROW80/ROC80 is a writing/creativity challenge. You set your own creativity goal or goals and work on them for 80 days. If they aren’t a good fit for you, you’re free to change them. Check-ins with the community on Wednesdays and Sundays, so we can cheer you on or help you pick yourself up.
Here’s the linky to join the list.
You can also find us on Facebook and Twitter (#ROW80)!
Only about a 1/3 of the way into the ROWnd, but I get you. Been rather absent as well myself at least with check-ins. Sometimes Real Life is IS.
Can’t change what was, just what is… so here is to May and beyond
