I haven’t been great about updating, even if I’ve been better than the last few times I’ve participated in this challenge. I’m going to work on building that better this round.
But first – my Week Twelve progress. I didn’t do as well as I’d hoped, since life got a bit too lifey for these goals to come to full fruition. Still, forward progress was made, and that’s a good thing.
Week Twelve Goals:

Spend two hours on HTRYN Lesson 16 for On Any Tuesday Night.- Follow my social media posting schedule for the week and set up the rest of April.

As for the March and Q1 goals – nothing was completely finished. So those goals are going to be back for this round, with only minor changes to account for the progress made.

- Sign up for April CampNaNoWriMo and complete three hours of How to Revise Your Novel revision work on my fanfic novella, On Any Tuesday Night. I’ve signed up and set my 12k goal for the month (each hour worked = 1k for NaNo purposes).
- Follow through on my social media schedule; set up content for the first half of May; post to my site blog; get caught up on my newsletter.
- Complete beta reading of first five chapters of Rounding for Home.
April 2023 Goals:
- Format light shines; shadow falls on KDP.
- Continue sharing excerpts on #8sentencesunday until the story is finished; ask for ARC reviewers.
- Finish Lesson 16 and start Lesson 17 of How to Revise Your Novel; complete 12 hours on this this month for April CampNaNoWriMo.
- Follow through on social media schedule; add biweekly content to my newsletter and site blog; fill in May’s content.
- Complete beta read of Rounding for Home.

Q2 Goals: I’ll update these at the end of each month.
- Format and publish light shines; shadow falls.
- Share excerpts on #8sentencesunday until finished; ask for ARC book reviews I can use.
- Complete Lesson 16 -18 of How to Revise Your Novel.
- Launch and publicize newsletter; drip out nurture sequence.
- Create a basic marketing/content plan for the year.
Writing/Business Goals for 2023: I’ll update these at the end of each quarter.
- Publish and market light shines; shadow falls.
- Earn 3x what I did last year (a little over 30k).
- Market and fully book QtQ programs.
- Finish How to Revise Your Novel.
- Engage/connect/interact with clients, potential clients, and readers.
