Feeling Out My Foundations:  ROW80/12 Week Year EOQ3 Goals Revision

Halfway through this, my first 12 Week Year, we learned that my husband has terminal metastasized pancreatic cancer that’s spread to his liver. By this point, I thought that we would be finding a rhythm of sorts…

Those have led me to more adjusting of goals, to accommodate the realities of those complications. I want to keep moving forward on personal and family goals – but I also need to be present right here, right now.

Eventually, the right here, right now won’t include the man who is my best friend, and I don’t want to realize at that point that I wasted the time I’d been given in unawareness…

  1. Lovely, right… it feels right, the way you are stepping forward. And the song was too perfect… Always loved Tori’s work, but this was just perfect. Am going to listen again now once this comment loads.

  2. Our lives are filled with ups and downs, hiccups and snags. I am sorry about your husband’s health.
Giving up is easy, but forging ahead is a constant struggle. Enjoying the fruit of one’s labour after jumping each hurdle. In uncertain times, a little courage is needed.
